Enter the Week Start Date in the Designated Cell
this then automatically inputs date cells with
Day, Date, Month and Year accordingly.
This can be formatted to your own requirements.
If you use an alternative Format this then must be applied to all Date Cells.
Employee Hours worked are automatically calculated both Daily and Weekly.
you have the option to take Meal breaks off hours worked
Simply enter your Start Time and Finish Time
Example
Start Time 900(space)am Displayed as 900 am
Finish Time 500(space)pm Displayed as 500 pm
Then input the length of Meal Break.
Example
Enter 10 this will be displayed as 0:10
Enter 30 this will be displayed as 0:30
Enter 100 this will be displayed as 1:00
Enter 130 this will be displayed as 1:30
Employee Weekly Pay is automatically calculated based on the Hourly Rate that you set.
You can use an alternative Currency Fomat, this then must be applied to all Currency Cells.
You can Hide the Pay Rate and weekly Wage costs by simply unticking the Checkbox
